Topic: Frequency (I think....)

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

When I start a song, it songs very low. Probably, the frequency, but I'm nit quiet sure. When I start the same song with another player, it sounds normal. So I have to change something in my settings, but WHAT...????
Please help me....
