Topic: Mp3 Skipping Problems in Atomix 1.12

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I've been using atomix for about 8 months now, and only recently have I been experiencing skipping going on while mixing in the program. I am a registered user and at first i attributed this to possible corruption within the mp3 files I was using, but after testing this on a couple different machines (ones that I used to run atomix on just fine) in addition to mp3s that used to work just fine, this does not happen to be the case as the skipping still exists. I first noticed this after using v1.12 on my laptop after I upgraded to windows xp. I thought the fact that i was using winxp might also be why this is happening but after going back to win2k it still is occuring, which makes mixing almost impossible.

Has anyone else been experiencing this? and if so what did you do to fix this.?

I've only experienced skipping while i was using windows 2000. I have since gone back to having windows ME as my dedicated atomix machine and it works flawlessly.
