I`m using an external mixer with two sound cards but I have a problem...!
When I play 2 songs one song plays fine but the second one it kinda "jumps" so when I use autoBPM function ther beats doesnt match...

Sounds like you are lacking in ram or chip speed perhaps, I once had the same problem 2 sound cards and 128 mbRam now i've upgraded to 526mbRam and my problem has gone, however when using the automix function within atomix, if you set the crossfade for a long mix, then the incoming track jumps, this i feel is a small bug within atomix and not my PC.
You could also try fitting a soundblaster live card which has 2 sound outputs aswell as the memory boost.

are u recording using an external mixer with creaTive recorder? i had a similar problem when using creative recorder. Mama told me about a recording program called wavrec. It works great. Find it at wavrec.de. hope this helps ya.
