Whenever I change the pitch on a song while the time stretch is disabled, I get interference on the song. Is there a way to fix that?

It depends what you consider "interference" ?

me too.
yea you can really notice it when a silent part comes up in the track. This is imidetly elimnated by turning on the time stretch. Which i personally do not use, because i find that it kind of goes off beat every 16 beats or so. Sometimes the 16th beats comes in earlier than its suppost to. But hey if those two things could be fixed. Atomixmp3 would be perfect.
But hey i know that everything has to have a fault

It is a hissing sound. I don't use the time stretch because the beats match better.

I always use time stretch. If I couldn't I'd be very dissappointed. I have never had any problems with it at all.

I like to disable it because some songs I use sound better at a little slower pace.

I agree with jjhallou, if the sound would be better when it's enabled I would prefer it too.
