Hi there!
How do I manage to put a picture (bmp or jpg) into a skin, like the one with Latitia Casta? I din´t found an entry in the xml-data.

Hehe.. didn't find an XML-entry for it, eh?
That's because no graphics-files are specified from within the XML-file.. there's just one file with the graphics for a skin and that is the BMP-file with the same filename as the XML-file..
Try editing that one... :)
