I wander: can the output mix be redirected through another app, like a sound processing thing... for EQ, filtering, cut-off's, compressor, limitter,... Mixvibes has those modules integrated, but not VirtualDJ...
Maybe an idea for the future?

What are you taking about? VDJ had an EQ and FX built in you can even dl new effects from the website.

filtering, cut-off's, compressor, limitter,...
take a look at http://www.mixvibes.com/picx/mv5full1.jpg
I tried it in the demo version... nice.
the downloads are OK, but they don't give filters, scripts,...
that's what I mean: a computerized rack of sound engineering equipment.

Yourt; I agree with the re-routing. So we can use Live 4.0 or
whatever for Wave Plug-Ins, Etc. I don't like the EQ Section
in VDJ 3.0. The Effects area is bad because you need a plug-in
on both sides 1 + 2; so juring the mix-point you got 2 VST Plug-Ins
overlapping; eating yuuur CPU Power. This Stutts the videos worse
than what we already have. Global Effect Manager is best for this or
as i said earlier. Routing is better.
