Two things. I'm tryiong to get VDJ to read my Apple Music library file.
I noticed for a while now that there were tracks that were not showing up in VDJ when i would be at a gig. After doing some digging, I noticed that I pointred VDJ to read an old exported xml library file. After doing some research, the only thing I could fiind was to export a library file from Apple Music everytime I made a change. So, I opened Apple Music, and exported a fresh library xml file.
I open VDJ, options, iTunes, point it to the folder where the XML file is located. The current file is not in that folder, just the old one I did a few months ago.
I went to finder, navigated to the folder that the xml file is in, and it shows that it was added today. But for some reason, when i tell VDJ to go to that exact location, VDJ is not reflectinig that same file from today. For some reason, it can't see it
Next, and maybe this has something to do with the first issue. I cannot get VDJ to update the tracks files. All of my tracks in AM are tagged with Artist, Song Title and Album. VDJ will not reflect this no matter how many times I right click and reload.

not sure how apple music works but are you sure its writing tags to the actual file and not to its own database. you could check this with VDJ by looking in the tag editor if you see info under the boxes that is what is in the tag as you see in the image below.
