Hi,
iam having the same issue. Cloud sync is rather unreliable since at least the last year (i moved to Virtual DJ in February last year).
Regardless how i try to sync my local files to dropbox, some of them always get lost on the way. And even if they get transfered in the initial sync, they get lost if i make changes to playlist like moving a track from a list to a sublist.
If i try to load the cloud tracks i get "Error on Deck X" and the Errorcode is HTTP 409 which states to a conflict state on the cloud provider.
Iam not sure if anyone is currently 100% safely relying on the cloud feature, but everything i tried did not lead to a solution to the problem. And for reference, in my primary job iam solving IT issues since 30 years now. But for this one i cannot find a solution.
To me it seems like Virtual DJ sometimes does not do a final check if the transfer to the cloud has been finished or a commit is missing or something like this. Or it simply forgets the files during the upload task. Because what i can see is, that the files are not in the cloud, or at least the cloud / dropbox website is not showing them. But Virtual DJ shows them on the other PC as available in cloud and produces the Error on Deck when i try to load them.
So, sorry pal, iam not sure what the solution could be. I did not find one after one year of occasional searching. What i currently do is to only sync what i need for a specific task and then check each and every track if it is working.
EDIT:
The problem is even visible on the same computer. So the files can locally be loaded but the cloud version cannot.

Hey,
i did a new test. SInce you use OneDrive and i use Dropbox i tried to compare both. Interesting result:
1. Different Paths used in both clouds.
Dropbox is using /AppData/VirtualDJ
OneDrive is using /Apps/VirtualDJ
2. After i deleted the Appdata folder in Dropbox i was not able to login to dropbox on any of my machines. I had to manually restore the VDJ1.db and VDJ2.db in the correct folder to mnake it work again.
3. I did an Upload test of ~5700 Files on both, dropbox and OneDrive. While OneDrive was afterwards complete, dropbox missed around 80 files.
4. While Dropbox Uploads happened, sometimes system notifications indicating an upload error with a single file occoured. But there was no final error Message at the end telling me how many files failed overall.
I will now switch to OneDrive in daily use to see if the problems are also happening over time, or if the situation is better than with dropbox.
If technical Service sees this post, i assume there may be a problem with at least the dropbox cloud provider implementation.
Greetings,
André
EDIT:
Since i today only tested on my preperation machine, i will do a test on my notebook in my Twitch Studio to see if i can load the files without problems. After i did that test i will add another answer here. This may take some days due to heavy workload after my vacation :)
