Topic: AI images used on the VDJ site...
The latest Mojaxx video for DJCity HERE talks about the confusing pricing options of various DJ software, but VDJ gets positive comments - although he does point out (in a comment below the video) that AI images are being used on this site to advertise the software.

See here for example https://virtualdj.com/products/virtualdj/price.html

Just curious though - what's wrong with using AI images on the site?

I ask because I'm not really sure what that has to do with the functionality of the software itself (sounds like nitpicking at something that doesn't really matter in the end).

"One thing I meant to point out, but forgot… at 04:09 you can see DREADFUL ai generated images on the Virtual DJ site. You’re one of the most popular DJ apps in the world! Use pictures of your customers!"

I can understand, because they do tend to get used by the likes of Temu/Etsy trying to sell you something that looks premium in the AI images, but is actually cheap & nasty, and nothing like the pictured product.

Look up AI shopping scams on YouTube.

I'm sure you're aware of the flak that VirtualDJ gets for the "Virtual" part of the name.
Using AI images to advertise it will surely just add fuel to the fire.
