If windows I have a plugin, actually several depends on where you route your mic, it can actually be done with script.
3 dials
1 what it considers duck threshold
2 how long of silence before it unducks
3 what level it considers silence,
dialled in it's pretty snappy duck and unduck.
Takes a minute for me to dial it in but by the end it's pretty tight

Like I said how you route you mic matters because it scans the VU and drops other sources, pm if interested.
