do the RPM & jog sensitivity scratch options in virtual dj have any effect when
1-using cdjs in timecode mode?
2-using cdjs in HID mode?

RPM should affect the needle display in both modes and on the skin of the application itself.
The Jog sensitivity however most likely only affects HID mode. Timecode has its own settings (and category).
