Is across many platform now. Will VDJ add this as an additional music source?

In gentler form - there are two sides of the fence (Atomix devs implementing it, Service providers providing the info for them to implement it/allowing them to implement it).
Atomix already proved they can do such implementation for service inclusions (they pretty much pioneered streaming before it became "cool"), so you should know the side of the fence that is more likely to be the problem.
Choosing an entire software/ecosystem to DJ with, based solely on a music source which only recently became (re)available to some DJ platforms, and in a lesser form to others service platforms (region restrictions, no recording, no stems) and already disappeared before, isn't really wise imo, but the decision is up to you 🍺.

VirtualDJ is arguably #3 in market share amongst the Top 5. To maintain or improve, streaming integration has to be at the top of the roadmap list. If you know anything about an integration, it does not have to be full-featured in Ver1.0. Right now, I like Tidal a lot but Spotify has better options of songs (clean for kids, extended....) and clients share Spotify lists all the time. Please let us know how you are progressing https://www.google.de/search?q=spotify+integration+to+dj+software
I moved from Traktor years ago and will go down with the ship with VDJ - This is a bout quality, features, and market share to stay in business!

Over the years I've used most of the available streaming services in one way or another (sometimes just a trial) and aside from the ones aimed at a specific market, the libraries are pretty much identical.
In other words, there's no real need to REQUIRE one service over another. The content is the same.
The issue seems to be, people scream out that they NEED a particular service....simply because a competitor added it. First Apple, now Spotify.
Personally I'd prefer to use a service that worked across all the devices I have. VirtualDJ, Prime 4 and my smart speakers at home. I can only get two out of three currently.
