Hello I'm trying to renew my subscription and no matter what browser, device, or network i use i keep getting 502 bad gateway. Is this VDJ server side issue?
Also i tried to work around by gifting the license not logged in and it is saying the email is incorrect even though its typed in properly. Is this also part of the 502 Bad Gateway problem? I've never had s much trouble trying to give a company money before
