Topic: No sound from headphones on DDJ FLX4
I’m using a Pioneer DDJ FLX4 with VDJ and I’m having an issue where there is no sound coming from the headphones when I cue a track.

I’ve tested & confirmed with Rekordbox that everything hardware-related is fine & I can cue there with no issues, it’s only in VDJ.

I’m using a Windows 11 laptop and the sound settings seem to be correct … master is “2 - DDJ FLX4 (WASAPI)” on channels 1&2, and likewise for the headphones which are set to channels 3&4.

I’ve tried changing the channels to 1&2 for both master & headphones but still the same issue.

Any ideas what I’m missing?

Hello,

Try changing from OUTPUT ---} HEADPHONES from DDJ FLX to HEADPHONES(name of your headphones for example RB-HX2208), then hit apply.
 
the audio config looks fine

make sure windows is not using the flx4 as default sound device
