I just purchased a "Lyx Jam " controller. VDJ was part of the purchase> i cannot seem to get them to link> any suggestions?

From your Account it seems that you have registered a LE serial for CD1310.
If thats what your controller is detected as, perhaps try to install the Windows driver .. https://www.virtualdj.com/documents/Drivers/JBSystems_UsbAudio_v4.82.0_setup.exe
