Hi Everyone,
1st post here and I need someone's help.
I purchased a Numark Mixtrack Pro many years ago and used it loads. I got older and it was put up into the attic. I have taken it down today and tried to connect back to my laptop. Ive downloaded the newest version of VDJ and I can use the software on my PC without any issues however the controller will not connect as I dont have a licence.
Back when I first got it I could use it with VDJ without any issues. Ive tried inputting the serial number located under the controller starting with "21" and I am getting an "invalid number" response.
I would like to use this again with the VDJ software but dont want to purchase a licence if I dont need to and its something silly I am doing.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated!

If the device came with a LE licence then Numark have the details tied to the serial number.
