Topic: Denon MC6000MK2 Skin
I would like to expand the video display to fill all three boxes, not sure how to make this happen?

I do skin tweaks but I don't know what you mean,
a picture [m$ paint bodge] speaks 1000 words
 
Okay, so on the video display panel has 1-large display for what is playing and 2- smaller preview windows underneath, I would like to remove the 2-smaller preview windows and have just one large display for what is actually playing.

Would it be something like this you're looking for? This is created from Dan's (djtouchdan, VDJ Moderator) Project X skin from around 2021. I don't use this display, but I have used this skin for the last few years, it has lots of options; there's also a Project X Slider skin that slides open or close the rhythm display.
 
I've just re-read your query and think this maybe what you want. It is still Dan's Project X skin.

Click on the video tab and there is a gear button at the right of the video tab then click on the Big Screen. I think that is what you want. See below screenshot;
 
Yes, exactly one larger screen, but I would want to use the default Denon MC6000MK2 skin.
I have an old Ver. 7 skin with a scrip that allows me to toggle this option when needed, anyone have any idea on how to do this?
