suddenly and i don't know why the drag and drop stopped. I can't move tracks from from sidelist or wherever to load tracks or to do anything. Instead the list is going only up and down if i try to make a drag & drop. ANY idea what to do

Is this with mouse or touch-screen ?
If it's a touchscreen, check the value of the setting multitouchTwoFingerscroll
