I’m having license purchasing problems . I used to have a pro license a few years ago and it ran out and never renewed it as went back to vinyl mixing. Anyway I’ve just been up in the attic and decided to get my old pioneer sr2 down and reset it up.
Logged into my account re downloaded the upto date software went to purchase a new pro license ..everything was going ok until I got to the payment page. Entered my card details , clicked on purchase and it comes up with a message highlighted in red saying that virtual Dj still want my business but unfortunately they could not complete the purchase and to contact support . I thought this was an error so tried again and the same message .. so tried another card and the same again. I have contacted support on Friday evening just gone when this happened but have had no contact back or updates on my issue.
Anybody else having this problem ?

Like most businesses the admin side is probably closed until Monday. Assuming US then it'll be afternoon for us in the UK before you get a reply.

I’m trying to purchase the $19 monthly VirtualDJ license, but my payment keeps getting denied no matter what I try. I’ve been attempting this for a long time now and I urgently need help because I have a gig tomorrow and I need the software fully activated tonight.
VirtualDJ is my DJ software of choice and it works perfectly for my workflow. I genuinely prefer it over other DJ platforms because it’s the best fit for me professionally. Unfortunately, the payment issue is preventing me from accessing the license I need.
I have already tried multiple times using my card/payment method, but the transaction continues to fail or get rejected. Could you please help me understand what could be causing this issue and how I can resolve it as soon as possible?
Possible things I would appreciate assistance with:
Whether payments from Zimbabwe are currently supported
If my bank/card type could be the issue
Alternative payment methods I can use
Whether there is a verification or regional restriction on my account
Any temporary workaround so I can activate the license before my event tomorrow
This is extremely urgent for me because I rely on VirtualDJ for live performances, and I really need to get this sorted out tonight.
