Good afternoon
I bought a Hercules control steel in 2009 and worked with it for some time now after the PC where VirtualDJ was installed broke down I bought another PC and wanted to transfer the program and I can't get it to work. I contacted the manufacturer and they sent me with you because the problem happens when I enter the program it asks me for the serial number and I type in what is on the equipment 003502 and the program says it is wrong. I enclose a photo of the label that is on the equipment and whose number has already been guaranteed to me by the manufacturer.
