hello everyone when i backspin with the jog wheel the volume seems to be too loud and its annoying everytime i lower the volume before i backspin or i use low pass filter does anyone have a solution about it ? thank you !

Backspins (in real turntables) behave the same way... since the velocity of the vinyl under the needle is initially higher, the volume is higher as well.
