I see you having an active Pro subscription, but don't get confused, there is no Key or serial to enter anywhere. All you need to do is to open VirtualDJ and login with the same username and password you use to login in the website.
If you get any kind of error when you do this, it's probably something wrong with your computer communicating with our server when VirtualDJ tries to validate your license, so try to fix the Hosts first ... https://www.virtualdj.com/forums/228453/VirtualDJ_Technical_Support/Cannot_connect_to_servers.html?page=1
