What about a fix for PC? This issue is effecting PC users as well!

The hotfix is available for ALL users across all platforms.
Both the issue, and the fix, were never platform specific to begin with.
All you have to do (assuming that you're using latest EA VirtualDJ version and you're running latest Firmware on your Rane Four) is to start VirtualDJ, wait a few moments for the controller definitions to auto-update silently, and then restart VirtualDJ. Usually waiting a minute or so is more than enough.
Finally, as stated before, you need to use the factory default mapping.
