Topic: Hotcue not showing text value on hover
The "Hot Cue" Buttons no longer show the Hot Cue "Text" when "hovering" over the cue buttons, and i often rely on that information whilst mixing for some songs... Previously, leaving the mouse hovered over a Cue Button always showed the full text of that Cue Button (which can be many words long in some cases), but now it just says "PAD HOT CUE" on every Cue Button, aas you can see in the image.



Can anyone please tell me how I can get the "full text" of the Cue button to display again when I hover over it? Thanks 🙏

Mine works version b8220

Maybe try cycling 'tooltip' from yes to no then back to yes?

Good idea - I just tried it but didn't work ... I note I'm on Vs. 2024 b8184 (Windows 10), and I'm not getting notices to update VDJ when I start it..?

It's only started doing this since this last update when I loaded up VDJ earlier... the previous version worked correctly...

Otherwise, is there anyway to roll back to the previous version until this gets sorted?

Which folder do i drop the downloaded install file (.msi) into, so as it gets picked up when i open /start VDJ?

Is it "C:\Program Files\VirtualDJ" ?

All sorted - updated manually to latest version (8225) and problem is no longer there
