Hello, I need your help. I tried denon support, searched google countless times and I still cannot find solution to this issue.
I have a very frustrating problem with my new SC Live-4. I use virtual DJ on a macbook pro m2 2023.
So the problems is technically a screen freeze, both on the laptop and the controller.
The waveforms are freezing in a lot of situations, it lags out of the blue while working normally. Most common situations are: when I am searching a track or when the music just simply plays and the waveforms are moving then everything freezes(music continues) and it needs some seconds to come back again to normal. I cannot work and play properly having this problem.
Please note that all my softwares are up to date with upgrades.
My mac in general is flawless performance-wise.
I am using Denon’s original cable with original apple adaptor.
I have tried the same controller with stems on a macbook pro 2015 and it works perfectly.
Please help.
