can anyone help me i wanted to know how to assign shift and master knob for my sampler lvl

Won't work, if you looked at your oninit for that device, you'll see one of the scripts is fake_master on , that's telling you that the hw master dial does send midi but it's actually a hardware function dial that ALWAYS controls the master output.
If you find a better candidate dial, just type sampler into the script editor and have a scroll & search over the suggestions.

The action you need is .. sampler_volume_master , but as locodog said, you cant use the MASTER knob on FLX4 (shifted or not), because whenever you move it, it will alter the Master Output Volume, no matter how it's mapped.
