It now just starts when hit button it will not start with sound.

Perhaps your controller has a line input or mic input active, or uses a loopback record channel that has some noise?

Im using my REV-1 in & yes the level was up pass 0 with no mic in it that was it thank you ,my other 4 controllers have Off/On it.
