I have a keyboard mapping to open the BPM editor when a track is loaded to the deck. Is there a mapping to open the BPM editor whether a track is loaded or selected in the browser (while not loaded)?

Nope, there is now verb to open bpm editor for a browsed track, on deck is all there is.
