Topic: new laptop and license

Hi all , hoping someone from the VDJ team can help .
New laptop , old one died , have tried logining in with the details that I have but it doesn't seem to work.
I've requested a new password but I don't get a confirmation email.
I have my original email of receipt with my licence.
I've also contacted support and they just link to the password recovery page ....
Any help would be much appreciated.

You likely have 2 logins on the site.
The login you are posting this post with, does not have a license registered.

What you can do, is add the email of purchase to your account logged in with now, and that will merge the 2 accounts as one, with license and all. And both logins will work

Add the email of your other account (email of purchase), and you will be fine to login with either

Hi Rune , just followed your link and it now says the email address used to purchase the licence has been blocked ?

I also received 2 emails telling me my login had been changed and then changed back to coopsde'vile ?

Maybe the email was misspelled in the first place or something.
Contact support and let them know both emails so they can help you with that
They can access the account directly and help you merge
