Not sure what you mean by blocked. Your account looks ok.
But you need to buy a license of VirtualDJ for the FLX4, as your Pro Trial period for this controller is expired long time ago

i have a Virtual DJ PRO Infinity account with you, but when i log into Virtual DJ it says i have a Pro trial account. I have been paying a subscription every month for years of £18.00.
The email address linked to my account is danny.drcs@googlemail.com. Please can you sort this issue urgently. Also a payment of £18.00 left my account today.
