Virtual DJ sometimes has issues registering ptich fader movement up and down on the controller. I have the pitch range set at 8% If I want to reset the pitch to the center I have to quickly move the fader up and down (on the controller) in order for the software to register the bpm. Any fix for this lag? Thanks

If the pitch slider position on the controller does not match the position of the pitch slider on software, then you have to move the pitch slider on the controller to the correct place before the software starts following.
That's known as "soft take over" and it's common behavior among all dj software and dj controllers.
You can disable this behavior in settings "controllerTakeoverModePitch"
However, please be advised that each method has it's own pros and cons.
For instance, "instant" may result on sudden tempo changes when you move the pitch slider, while "gradual" or "relative" may lead to situations that you end up without much room for movement.
Explore the different options and decide by yourself which one suits you best.
