Can you post a screenshot of your VDJ Audio Setup ?
Do you have the MIC ON button turned on ? https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/mixer/master.html#mic
When turned on, and speak on the microphone, do you get activity in the VU meter just below that ?
