I have a folder that has new karaoke files in it. Virtualdj won't recognize the files. All my other softwares recognize the folder., but I need virtualdj to recognize it so I can use Tidal in my filler player when I am doing a karaoke gig.

What is the file type of these new Karaoke Tracks ?
Have you tried to analyze them (select the files or the folder, right-click->Batch->Analyze for BPM etc)
