Please can somebody watch this video and see if you can think of any reason why my files in virtual folder wont load when I can find the same file in search and it loads fine! Exactly the same filepath

As you can see.. the 2 versions of the track, that do NOT load, are "Missing" from VDJ point of veiw.. ie cannot find them.
(why I do not know)
This could happen if the file's name was changed outside of VDJ, for example, etc
(though the file names appear to be identical)
And in your video example, the virtual folder "Singalongs", also has 2 other missing tracks. ('O Don't worry be happy' and 'Wellerman')
One can R-click each of the marked "missing" tracks, and choose "find missing track" to re-associate it.
Or one could R-click them, and choose, "Remove from search DB", and also remove from the Virtual folder. (and add back the working tracks to the VF)
would be interested, if there are other explanations for how this could happen.
NOTE:
