Is it still the case you can run two versions of vdj, just rename the exe on old version before installing new version then use whichever you want?

Why not just use the current stable version and update it regularly? That's what you are advised to do by Atomix.
Reading through several previous posts you seem to be someone who constantly fiddles about with VDJ. You come here asking questions then don't actually listen to what anyone says and just do your own thing anyway.

Best you don't reply , you are such a bad advert for this product, constantly play with VDJ lol, my last update was 12 months or so ago, get a life pal if you have nothing good to say just don't say anything , get out more and leave this forum to those that have constructive comments to make. Don't reply as it will be ignored so go out instead do something useful with your life rather than sit monitoring this forum.

Fair enough, but if you keep messing with stuff you shouldn't then nobody will offer you support.
You just ignore advice as you clearly know better.
It works both ways.

If you do want to experiment or try a new version, you can indeed still simply keep a copy of the exe.
