I have a pioneer RX 2 with VDJ and everthing works fine.
When i switch to usb (hardware on rx2) everything works.
When i switch back to midi (VDJ) everything works except the color of the que pads.
the que pads work but there is no colour, so i cant see witch que pads are programmed

Have you tried to switch pad modes back and forth ?
I mean once you're back to PC mode and the pads are blank, press another pad mode button, and then press hotcue pad mode button again.
Does that solve your issue ?
