If you're talking about Grooveshark, it was shut down in 2015 for copyright violation.
There does seem to be another site (with a very similar name) that's using the Grooveshark logo - but bearing the above in mind, I'd say not to touch that with a barge pole.
There's no "key code" for VirtualDJ. Licensed users simply log in to VDJ with their forum user name and password.
