JUST GOT DDJFLX 4 CONTROLLER AND SEE THERE IS NO DEDICATED SKIN SO WHAT IS THE BEST ONE ON OFF TO USE

There are no skins "for" controllers. Any skin can be used with any controller.
Serato, Rekordbox & Traktor don't allow the user to change the appearance of the software at all.
The advantage of VDJ is that the GUI can be changed to suit the individual requirements of each DJ. What each DJ considers "best" will be personal to them.
When using a controller my advice would be to use a skin that doesn't waste screen space on duplicating your hardware knobs and buttons on screen.

Default Pro or Performance and then adjust to your own liking using the layout dropdown menu.
