I believe we're going to need a little bit more information, such as:
Are you on Mac or PC?
What OS is on you computer?
Which version (exactly) of VDJ are you running?
What format and resolution are the video loops?
Please expand on "not working". What are you expecting to happen, and what isn't happening?
