Probably not the way you've done it.
If as I expect, the track on deck contains just a list in the tags then no, because there isn't a "is found in" filter type
you can only search tracks against a whole tag of the track on deck.
if you had one tag on the playing track devoted to a key word, then you could check if the other lists contained that keyword

I think, I understand what you're saying, so let's say in the whole tag that also means the grouping field and if this is true would the search be able to see those matching entries? Also the grouping entry has multiple entries separated by a " ; " would it understand such a separator?

Also, would it be possible for the devs could add such an option for those who use the grouping field to create their creates using filter folders? example: Folder name: Immediate Compatible
Matches : All Conditions
BPM Difference : < 5
Grouping : Matches ; <<<denotes a separator
This could also help in other fields like Genre.
Also in the conditions area there's a "group by" option, how does this work?

we only have "contains" and "exact match" as filter types
exact match is pretty useless as very few whole tags will be an exact match
contains with grouping tag against grouping tag is pretty useless for you too,
you'd be searching for the whole tag of the playing track is found inside AND in the right order of other tracks tag
you need a different tag on the playing track to hold a single keyword, that you could search the grouping tag for.
