Topic: issues with balancing the audio output

I'm having issues with the sound being louder on one out put that the other I have several mixers and its doing the same thing so its not the mixers. I use MacBook pro setting on the computer are balance in the middle so I think its virtual dj ....I have been using virtual for 10 years this just starting happening since last month help!!!
