For some reason, my folders are no longer showing up. Any ideas?

Perhaps you have hidden some ? Read at the bottom of this page .. https://www.virtualdj.com/manuals/virtualdj/interface/browser/folderlist.html
If not, we ll need more info of what folders are hidden (actual, Favorite, Virtual, Filter etc) and/or some screenshots perhaps
