Topic: VDJ say's the app is still running after closing down

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

I had a question, I've noticed after closing VDJ down, and start to use it again my computer say's the app is still running...was wondering if anyone else noticed this?

Also, I'm having issues uploading podcasts to VDJ...error log said "Internet thread freezed", I've contacted my ISP and even changed out the Cable Modem..I have a techician scheduled to come do diagnostics at my home...hopefully I can get this issue resolved soon.

Yeah, that has happened to me a few times. Here's the fix if you're on a Windows computer.

CTRL+ALT+DEL > Task Manager > Processes

Scroll until you see Virtual DJ. Select it with your mouse.

Press END TASK in lower right hand corner.

Now you should be able to close the task manager and start VDJ with no problem.
 
Makes me think the dialog could do with a 3rd option.
