I just updated to VERSION 7388 and Virtual DJ can't start "d3d12.dll is missing". I've done a complete uninstall and clean install, still same error. I restarted PC various times, still same error. Any help would be appreciated.

D3D12.dll is part of DirectX 12. Windows 7 only supports up to DirectX 11.1.

It is a Windows 8.1 PC. I installed DirectX 12 and Virtual DJ still gives me the same error
