1 - Stems crossfaders
2 - EQ Colored Waveform (just like Serato, even Mixxx does it!)
3 - 4-band EQ (and, therefore, a fourth EQ crossfader)
4 - The ability to choose between a 3band or 4band EQ
5 - Meta-Loop
Engages a loop inside a bigger loop.
6 - Meta-Slip Loop
Allows to use Loop Roll function inside a bigger loop.
7 - Bridge Cue
The user places two cue points 'alpha' and 'beta' anywhere in the track. When playing, the track will automatically jump to the 'beta' cue point when it reaches the 'alpha' cue point, and viceversa. This applies to playback (forward or reverse), scratch and jog search. In case of need, each bridge cue point can be moved to another position.
8 - Auto Key Lock
When moving the pitch slider, the track's key is stabilized by increments of one semitone, depending on the nearest semitone (like an auto-tune effect).
9 - Smart Key Lock
The Key Lock function only acts in bass, instru and vocal stems, leaving kick and hihat stems unaffected.
This is what VDJ can do, in order to preserve the drums sound quality, while using the Smart Key Lock function :
-Step 1 : Detecting the position of drum sounds, then separate all these sounds and give each of them a time code.
-Step 2 : When reducing the track's speed, the separated drum sounds will move away from each other. When increasing the speed, the sounds will get closer to each other.
(the Smart Key Lock function shoud be compatible with Auto Key Lock function)
