Hi ive purchased the pro infinity license, however i can't log in, it keeps saying server down, check internet connection, internet is fine, however i can log in on my desktop, my laptop won't (I Have logged out of deskop version)
I recieved a link from virtual dj to fix this but says it can't be download as there is a virus , can anyone help please?

I'm having issues with the license code I have. When I input the code it tells me its an invalid code.

There is no license code for VDJ 8. If you purchased a license (you show as "home user" so you have no license) then you simply log in to VDJ 8 with your username and password.

Hi why if I purchased the pro license and you login to activate virtual dj and you close the software and open back the virtual dj without internet ask to login back that is no right when paying full license you guys need to change that

you need to change your settings in VDJ Config (Stay Login, Don't Login etc).
