Topic: Roland DJ808 faulty after a week

I purchased the Roland DJ808 and after seven days it had a fault where the music was in full blast on fader 1 so I contacted the shop where I bought it and they advised to s we squirt switch cleaner into the fader but I fell Ill and wasn’t able to test in the team world until this week by which time it went past 30 days. I’ve now logged the fault again and there equipment was on a finance agreement, The website says if it’s after 30 days it will need to be sent away for evaluation and repair quote. I was thinking because it’s the same fault I reported within the first seven days would they just replace it as I cannot be without this product and will need to purchase another unit just to get through, nightmare
