Hi, Vj2021 keeps crashing when loading a song in ? Then one of the decks has no sound so needs to be restarted but will do it again. I’ve reinstalled but no joy ! My mate is having the same problem ! We are on a Mac Pro 16” 2019 and the new M1 16” ???

I always play video tunes so yes it’s music videos but can be any MP4 video. It can happen anytime also when a karaoke track is playing, only why to get round it is not to load anything is while singing

Rolled it back but still crashing ! Looks like it’s back to windows :(

Only thing I can find is that the Codecs AAC, av01 video music mp4 seems to be the problem when loading this type of file but seems only to be loading for the first time

Yes mate and 7014 :( don’t really want to use a windows laptop again but my old HP works okay.

Found the problem, it’s AAC, av01 Video files VJ doesn’t like them so I’ve converted them all. 👍
