Topic: slow boot up caused by database scanning

This topic is old and might contain outdated or incorrect information.

This just started happening on a computer that I have used for years. I am getting the slow boot indicator. Not a microsoft issue as far as I can tell. I could tell VDJ to not scan several drives but do not want to delete them from the computer itself. Thoughts? Ideas? Thanks in advance.
