Topic: Paid subscription not working

I paid for a monthly subscription on the 16th of April which I got a payment confirmation now it’s saying payment failed I also paid for idj record pool with the same card & it processed but not vdj….. why?

Looks like perhaps both failed.
Check if its your current credit card (in case you got a new) here:
https://virtualdj.com/users/licenses.html

Can mange the subscription there.
Alternatively click cancel on both, and just resubscribe, but try see what error it was first
